These General Conditions regulate the relations between KIBBZ (online store operated by BG26 LTD, hereinafter referred to as 'Merchant') and customers using the online store kibbz.ro. KIBBZ is an independent trader that selects and sells products from various manufacturers. All trademarks and product names belong to their rightful owners.

1. Prices and Currency

All prices displayed on the site are expressed in Euro. Online orders are processed, charged and invoiced in EUR via Shopify checkout.

2. Orders and Delivery

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery is made via Sameday for Romanian orders and other couriers for Bulgaria, to the address or pickup point.

3. Payments

Payment is made cash on delivery to the courier or online with a credit card. Billing is made in EUR according to the pricing policy above.

4. Returns and Refunds

Products should be returned to: PrintGround, 144, Sixth September Blvd., Cadastre Building, 3rd floor, Plovdiv, Bulgaria. Full details can be found in the Returns Policy (/returns) section.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, product names and brand names displayed on this site (including, but not limited to, "Aldagon – food for dragons") belong to their legitimate owners. KIBBZ is an independent trader who selects and sells the respective products. No statement on this site should be interpreted as an endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation with the owners of the respective trademarks.
